How custom orders work

Four simple steps from idea to finished hat or shirt. You approve everything before we make it.

  1. Send your idea

    Fill out the quote form with your logo, sketch, or description, plus quantity and colors.

  2. Get a mockup & quote

    We'll send a digital mockup of your hat or shirt with pricing and an estimated turnaround.

  3. Approve it

    Request tweaks until it's right. Production starts once you approve.

  4. Ship or pick up

    We ship your order to you, or you can pick it up locally.

What to send us

  • Your artwork — a logo file (PNG, SVG, PDF, or AI work best), a photo of a sketch, or a description.
  • What you want — hats, shirts, or both, plus colors.
  • How many — a rough quantity is fine to start.
  • When you need it — let us know your date up front.

Good to know

  • No minimum order. One piece or a whole group.
  • Shirts: about a 10-day turnaround right now.
  • Hats: turnaround depends on quantity — every quote includes an estimated turnaround.
  • Shipping: we ship orders, and local pickup is available too.
