Hi, I'm Wes.

Kennedy Designs started the way a lot of good things do: making something for people I care about, and then getting asked to make more. Today I laser-cut and engrave custom patches for hats and make shirts with designs that will outlast the shirts they're on, right here in Wisconsin.

I've made gear for churches, local businesses, family trips, bands, and school spirit, and every order gets the same attention whether it's one hat or a whole team's worth. No minimums, no cookie-cutter templates. Send me your idea, a logo, or even a rough sketch, and I'll turn it into something you're proud to wear.

Twin Tested Tough. I've got five kids, and they've put my shirts through everything: school, sports, mud, playgrounds, and more trips through the washer and dryer than I can count. My twin 3-year-olds have been wearing my shirts for two years now, and not one design has cracked or peeled. That's why I call them Twin Tested Tough. The printing process I use bonds each design to the fabric so it flexes and stretches with the shirt instead of flaking off.
